1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup oriental sesame oil
1/4 cup sliced green onions
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1/2 cup lite soy sauce
10 chicken thighs or breasts cut in half
For marinade: In a food processor puree honey, ketchup, sesame oil, green onions, garlic, and ginger. Process until smooth. While machine is running, pour in soy sauce. Separate the marinade in half. Use half to marinate chicken, and half in a bowl for later, table side
For chicken: Thread each piece of chicken on a skewer and cover them with marinade. Place in refrigerator until ready to BBQ.
Set BBQ to medium high and cook skewers on direct heat until done.
