It's A Wrap!

Ingredients:
1/2 tsp Cayenne
2 tsp of Garam Masala
2 tsp of Ground Cumin
2 tsp of Ground Coriander
3 tablespoons canola or vegetable oil
1/2 Large onion cut up
1 Large Jalapeno minced, (seeded: if you do not want a lot of heat)
3 Garlic Cloves minced
1 tsp minced ginger
1 Pound ground chicken, chop beef, turkey, or pork (to your choosing)
Salt to taste
2 Tablespoons ketchup
1/2 cup cilantro chopped
Serve with optional: romaine leaves, baby iceberg leaves, bibb leaves, and/or wraps
Preparation:
1. Whisk together all the dry spices in a bowl
2. In a wok or a large saute pan heat oil
3. Add jalapeno, garlic, and ginger. Stir fry for 3-5 minutes
4. Add your ground meat and cook through by chopping any lumps. Cook 5-8 minutes
5. Stir in your dry spices with salt and ketchup. Cook for 2 minutes
6. Add 1/4 cup of water and cook until meat is cooked. Stir in a handful of cilantro and mix
7. Take off heat and sprinkle the rest of cilantro on top
8. Serve with lettuce leaves or wraps
